The Laundry Bin provides the following services:

• Self-service laundry
• Wash & Fold (Drop-Off)
• Pickup & Delivery

Service availability may vary based on operating hours. Self-service laundry is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and attended services are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days per week.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and order information
• Ensure all items submitted for laundry are safe to wash and machine appropriate
• Retrieve your laundry in a timely manner, if applicable
• Follow all posted guidelines and instructions within the laundromat

3. Limitation of Liability

The Laundry Bin is not responsible for:

• Items left unattended
• Damage resulting from normal washing and drying procedures
• Pre-existing wear, damage, or manufacturer defects
• Shrinkage, fading, or color bleeding due to fabric characteristics

For Pickup & Delivery services, customers must ensure a safe and accessible drop-off location.

4. Payments

All service fees must be paid at the time of service. Pickup & Delivery orders are processed through our third-party ordering platform, Cents, which may have its own terms and conditions.

5. Prohibited Items

Customers may not submit items that contain:

• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Items contaminated with bodily fluids
• Dry-clean only or non-machine-safe fabrics
• Infested items (including bed bugs or lice)

6. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
• Upload or transmit harmful, malicious, or disruptive material

7. Updates to Terms

The Laundry Bin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any future changes.
